The SAVES Mission 
and Goal
The SAVES mission is to ease the transition of refugees/asylees/entrants into the South Florida community. Our Goal is to provide academic and vocational training to eligible refugee and asylee adults living in Miami-Dade County , Florida .

Through free training for up to one year, bus passes, childcare, textbooks, and the evaluation/translation of educational and professional documents, SAVES supports eligible immigrant adults in their efforts to integrate into life in the United States.

As SAVES clients learn English, obtain their GED, complete high school and/or train for employment, SAVES staff offer counseling, employment advice, and cultural orientation.
